Congratulations on an amazingly successful first week of the third installment of our Silly Little Game. As part of the fun of the new head-to-head matchups, a successful or unsuccessful week is mitigated a little bit. While obviously the top scorer of the week (@mattsisto) will win 2 games, and the low scorer of the week (@ckalange) will lose two, somebody like @Owen_Crowther can win a game with a 32.5 and go 1-1, while yours truly can put up a stalwart 51 points, and go 0-2. How about that, huh?
Let’s first take a glance at the standings, and how this projects to the postseason:

3. @NotPinnock – 1-0-1 - (77 pts)

7. @NikkiMarkow – 1-1 – (37.5 pts)
8. @Owen_Crowther – 1-1 - (32.5 pts)

Obviously, this is way to early to project post-season seeding, but if the season ended today, @mattsisto and @ghostofpropjoe/@notpinnock (hopefully they won’t be a dead tie after all is said and done) would be the top two seeds, and get a bye to the next round. The loser of that propjoe/notpinnock tiebreak would be the 3 seed, and face @bernietheballer in round one, while @mikedashin would go up against @KingsburyQ. In the consolation bracket, @NikkiMarkow would face @ckalange, while @Owen_Crowther will take his weak sauce against Dr. Bracketology. But obviously, we’re getting ahead of ourselves.
As for the schedule, my system didn’t work the way I expected it to, so the matchups are going to be a little more slapdash. Here’s how Week 2 will go down:
